Still: Vinyl LP Jean Benoît Dunckel The album marked a return Size:2XL The album marked a return to what James Blunt does best – writing classic songs that touch both the heart and the head A Bit Of Previous is a classic Belle and Sebastian album preoccupied with songs and melodies that won’t leave your head and lyrics that can make you smile and ponder and sometimes be melancholic Still sees de Casier writing about genuine heartbreak with a new clarity where those first two records felt like dispatches straight from the recesses of de Casier’s brain – intimate thoughts slinking through the ether at 2am – Still feels like a conversation between friends in the backroom of a crowded bar
